When my good friend,Rodrigo Pasquel,mentioned that he was the builder for a brand-new project in the exclusive gated Puerto Aventuras community,I jumped at the chance to go check it out.  What I found was Sunset Puerto Aventuras,a seven-unit condominium building less than a five minute walk from the main marina,restaurants,shops,and beach.  Marina,jungle,and golf views can be had from the different units.  Inside are uniquely designed condos that combine several different types of materials.  Travertine,giant sliding wooden doors and closets,granite countertops,and tile floors give off a modern yet earthy vibe.  In the same spirit,each unit has huge sliding-glass doors and windows on either side that allow owners to take advantage of the year-round ocean breeze.
