Cherokee Brand Now Exclusively With Soriana

According to the Wall Street Journal,Cherokee inc.,a globally recognized and publicly traded company,has entered into an exclusivity agreement with its Sideout  brand with Soriana,Mexico's second largest retailer. 

Founded in1968,Tiendas Soriana S.A. de C.V. currently boasts over 465 markets in more than 135 different cities in this wonderful country. The multi-year agreement includes a plethora of categories including women's clothing,footwear,children's and men's clothing and accessories.

Jose Manuel Sanchez,Commercial Director for Soriana said,"Sideout is an authentic California lifestyle brand and we are pleased to partner with The Cherokee Group and develop Sideout throughout Mexico. This is a significant step for our merchandising teams and we are confident we will add significant growth and profit to our apparel and non-foods business. Cherokee's Senior Regional Director,Martha Corzo Martell,who was just recently acquired by Cherokee to expand its retail relationships and partnerships in the Southern Hemisphere said,"Soriana is one of the premier retailers in Mexico.
