Anyone looking for Mexico Real Estate, especially In Puerto Aventuras, has seen Quinta Luna.
They may not have known it,but they have. One of the favorite stopping and viewing areas in Puerto Aventuras is the little crossover bridge that overlooks the lagoon and the Dreams all inclusive resort. The views from this location are fantastic and you will often find guests and owners perched or parked off to the side taking in the sunsets and the views overlooking the beach and the swaying palms.
If you pan to the left you will see Quinta Luna. This development of only 27 units is distinguishable, not only by it’s location, but also by its proximity to its own private beach. Quinta Luna sits directly on its beach unlike many of the other developments in the area that sit back away from it. Its L shaped design and positioning allows the owners to enjoy the best of what beachfront living is all about, waves crashing gently on the coral reefs on one side and walking out your back door onto your own private beach only steps away.
Well 27 units is a weird number but when construction began, owners were allowed to be involved in the design process so some are made up of 2 combined units and the owners personal taste, choice of finishings and even the layouts make these some of the most unique condos in Puerto Aventuras today.
The design and developer for Quinta Luna also developed Quinta del Sol,another development in Puerto Aventuras, and some of the design features and aesthetics can be seen in both properties.
I love visiting Quinta Luna, from the moment you arrive at the property you are greeted by an expansive entrance and walkway leading down past a gurgling waterwall feature and leading you directly out onto the powdery white beach. Take some shade beneath a Palapa,a dip in the lagoon,or quietly slip into the infinity pool that seems to blend in right with the ocean.
Either a quick or long look around lets you know that the level of care and maintenance of Quinta Luna is a top priority. The grounds are immaculate and the tropical fauna and landscaping are always perfect. They have 24 hour security, onsite maintenance and even a generator for power in case of an outage so you’ll never be without. If your thinking about renting then look no further. They will meet you guests, and provide check in and out services, all included in your HOA fees greatly reducing your property management costs.
So if your in the area or the market, and your lucky enough that there is a unit available, stop by and tell me what you think.
Until then, don’t take my word for it,do your own homework and then call Investment Properties Mexico
