foundations of its investment-grade rating remain solid.”
rate Mexico’s foreign debt "Baa1",their third-lowest investment-grade rating,
in line with South Africa and Latvia. Standard and Poor’s and Fitch Ratings rate
Mexico BBB+,also their third-lowest investment-grade rating.
