With more flight options to choose from,travelers who are busy organizing a trip to Mexico real estate in 2012 will be pleased to learn that planning a vacation to this popular destination is easier and more affordable than ever before. In fact,travel industry statistics show that international travel is coming back in a big way this year,with a variety of flights to choose from throughout the US that are both affordable and convenient.
For example,most recently Southwest Airlines has announced that it’s wholly owned subsidiary AirTran will be offering new flights from Denver and Austin to Cancun. The new daily roundtrip flights will begin making the trek between Denver and Cancun on April 16th and continue through July 7th,followed by service on select day continuing through the end of September of this year.
Four flights will be offered weekly from Austin between May 25th and August 31st,followed by three weekly roundtrip flights through the end of September. In addition,AirTran offers service between John Wayne Airport in Orange County,California,and the popular Mexican destinations of Cabo San Lucas and Mexico City,and will add flights from San Antonio to Mexico City and Cancun real estate later this year.
“We are excited to offer more domestic markets new opportunities to travel to Mexico,” shared Bob Jordan,executive vice president and COO of Southwest Airlines.
Also of note,Virgin America launched service in late 2011 from San Francisco to Puerto Vallarta and also serves Cancun and Los Cabos,while Aeromexico currently offers seasonal service from Chicago to Zacatecas,from Denver to Mexico City,from Las Vegas to Guadalajara and Monterrey,and from Brownsville,Texas,to Monterrey.
Finally,Interjet launched a daily service in late 2011 between San Antonio and Mexico City,while VivaAerobus offers a low-cost service between San Antonio and Monterrey.
