Spanish company Iberostar announced recently that it will invest more than $7 million USD through its real estate group Iberostate into a stunning new residential community inside Riviera Nayarit real estate,which is located on Mexico's Pacific coast. This new announcement is in addition to a $100 million project that is already underway by the company in Mexico's Riviera Maya,which is located near Cancun and Playa del Carmen.
Iberostate's new development in Riviera Nayarit,which is scheduled to be completed during the first quarter of 2015,will be made up of 33 private residences and 130 condos and is expected to create more than 300 jobs. It will also boast a new golf course designed by famed Australian golfer Greg Norman,and will provide five-star accommodations that allow both residents and guests to experience the ultimate in relaxation and renewal.
The Riviera Maya project,known as Playa Paraiso,is scheduled for construction to commence on the first 15 villas during the second quarter of 2011 and will be completed by 2014 after the addition of 240 more apartments.
